Many thanks to Dr. Filchner for always taking great care of my dog. I have been going here for many years (9+ years), two different dogs, and I always know they treat me and my dog with the highest level of respect, professionalism, and compassion. She has handled everything from puppy wellness exams, neutering/microchipping, problem-solving, laser treatments, general wellness care, and routine immunizations. She is always very personable, thoroughly explains what to expect. I have seen her have to interact with other customers/patients with such a high level of compassion and understanding (once saw her discuss different options for burial/cremation to a grieving family with such compassion, really touching)...HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
