Doc Fredrick is an amazing Vet. He truly cares about every animal and family that see him. He is encouraging in the tough times and a joy in the good times. I have used his services for many years and can't imagine using someone else.

Dr. Frederick saved my dog's life! He would literally not be alive anymore if Dr. Fred hadn't diagnosed his problem and performed a surgery that saved him. My baby is almost 10 years old now, and his surgery was at least 5-6 years ago. There is no price on having my dog greet me with a smile every day when I come home from work.

Dr. Frederick takes time out to come to the phone if I call with a question, and is always thorough with checkups and explains everything he does and why. I will forever be grateful to him that I still have my dog with me today!

We trust Dr. Frederick and his assistant with our pets completely and my pets are my children, I am fiercely protective of them. Dr. Frederick is very thorough but doesn't do things unecessarily. He consults with specialists and does lots of research when needed to determine the best course of treatment. He explains everything thoroughly and involves the owner in the treatment plan. They will also give frequent updates on the status of test results and how the pet is doing. Most importantly, they treat my pets as if they were their own and give them lots of TLC even for routine things like nail trims. They are never late for appointments and will schedule after work appts. upon request. I cannot say enough good things about Frederick Animal Hospital!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
