Dr. John Edward Wallace, DVM is absolutely the best Veterinarian in Jefferson County, Alabama. My family and my mother in law have depended on Dr. Wallace for over 36 years. He is not only kind hearted to animals, he is also the BEST Veterinarian in the Jefferson County area and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and provides the best care for animals which makes the pet owners secure. No doubt that Dr. Wallace is absolutely the Veterinarian to take care of your pets. Has a great sense of humor and likes people as much as he does animals. He is a true Godsend for all of the animals and for the pet owners as well. God Bless You Dr. Wallace. Your customers and the pets you take such excellent care and always has a smile and a joke to tell. Thank You for the years you have taken care of our pets.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Yes, they were spotless

DR. JOHN WALLACE is the best I've told all my friends and family about the fantastic vet he is. He is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that he will back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, This veterinarian is extremely helpfull with every animal of all kinds .
I have used Dr. Wallace sence 1978 I trust him !!!

WE STARTED TAKING OUR PETS TO DR. WALLACE 29 YEARS AGO. HE IS A GREAT VET! DR. WALLACE MAKES SURE EVERY QUESTION I HAVE IS ANSWERED. HE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF I THINK OF MORE QUESTIONS LATER. HIS STAFF IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

We started taking our dogs to Dr. Wallace in 1981 and he is wonderful! This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful.

If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
