I was happy with my pets care during office hours, but PLEASE be aware that this vet duo does not provide 24 hour emergency service.

Dr. Crystal Gill is wonderful. She knows our animals, their issues and has worked hard on some tricky problems. I highly recommend them.

No, there was no annoying music

When I called several hours prior to our scheduled appointment with our very sick cat, they were able to get him in immediately on their lunch hour to examine him. While this vet doesn't have the fanciest office or equipment, they are very personable and extremely helpful. Chrystal Branch is the new vet there and answered all our questions very well. The details she did not know she looked up and explained to us the diagnosis of our very sick cat. The recommended diagnostic procedures and then recommended treatments were reasonably priced, with no outrageous or expensive recommendations. Very conservative but put our kitty on the mend. One week after his appointment he is back to his old self and has almost gained the 15% of his body weight back that he had lost.

We have visited 3 other vet clinics in Laramie, and by far prefer this one.

I really wish they would send out reminder cards so I wouldn't forget when my pets annual exam was. I've asked them to do it in the past but they always seem to forget and it is kind of frustrating. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
