This facility is one of those "get-what-you-pay-for" type places. Yes the prices are incredibly cheap but the value is also quite cheap. I'm not sure this DVM is current on any common practices in the field and won't be returning for services here.

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Yes, they were immaculate.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. i had a set of puppys and we used a different vet at the time , the pups came down with parvo . 1 died cause the vet we had said it was hopeless , i couldnt take it so i called this vet and he was able to save the other puppy . wish he was my vet to begin with then the other wouldnt have had to die .

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
