Awesome, caring staff. This vet is not only knowledgeable and caring; he listens to me when I speak of my wants and goals for my dog's care and life. He is so very thorough in his exam of her and tells me step by step what and why in the exam. No drug is ever administered without first explaining what, why, duration, effects, side effects, alternatives... He and his staff are incredible, awesome and hands down the best in my many years of being a helicopter pet mom.

I arrived for my appointment early and it took ten minutes for the staff to even acknowledge that I was there. Then, I had to wait another 45 minutes while they treated walk-in NON EMERGENCY customers ahead of me (patients purchasing food, etc..) I had a sick animal with me who needed treatment and was neglected. I would not recommend this service to anyone!
