Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
