They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once.
