First rate care for my dog. I'm always treated well. My rescue dog has a lot of anxiety and can be aggressive to other dogs - they go out of their way to accommodate us as well as they can- I feel like family here.

Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Absolutely not! They were very rough and seemed to have complete disregard that my pet was scared

Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen

No, but they said they were going to!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Sort of, I felt like they could be cleaner.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Absolutely not. I had no idea what my veterinarian said to me.

Not at all. They ignored my questions

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
