Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I highly recommend the Anicmal Clinic of LaPlata. Dr Cunningham has been my pet's doctor for seven years. He is very knowledgeable and the other doctors are too. They are absolute experts. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive when my pet is in their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They always find a way to see my pet whenever I've had an emergency. Recently my pet had a severe systemic infection and could have died. They did everything they could to ensure he had a chance of survival and thankfully he did survive and is improving. The staff was very kind and compassionate with my pet and me (I was very distraught on the prospect of loosing my dear, sweet pet). They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Wow is all I can say about them. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I feel grateful for the superior care they provide to our pets.

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I especially like the doctor's knowledge of eye care. My puppy had glaucoma and I would have never guessed it. He could have been blind, but he gets excellent care with these vets and the eye care specialist that they referred me to. I will never go to another animal hospital.
