My husband took my dog to the clinic today as a new patient. I called to check up on what the doctor had said about my dog. I was in shock when my husband said 'Well, the doctor called me an idiot today, but he gave me medicine for the dog'. Of course, my husband played it off as a 'half kidding' comment from the doctor.
I have a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and I know that I would not verbally call a patient/client an idiot . Ever!! Especially if I expected them to come back to my office.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. My dog had a problem and we called every day for a week to get him an appointment and he kept saying just to watch him. I called another vet in the area and they told me to bring him right away and he ended up having to have surgery. I was told if we waited another day he would be dead. Dr Langston is rude and could care less about your animal.

I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
