I have call this place to get help for my cat. could not get help. could not get the person I spoke with back on the phone. They kept hanging on me when I would call. The would just put me on speaker and on hold.
Could not not get any help what so ever for my cat and I do beleave he will pass on me tonight.
I would advise anybody that needs a 24 hour service to go elsewere to get there help as I would say this play is greedy and do not really care about animals as much as they care about your pocket book.
I had called back in to ask about my cat throwing up a green bile and they just told me they could not say anything and that the person that had helped me earlier that night had only worked a 4 hour shift, (this was after i had to call back 10 times as they are the only place open at 5pm to 7pm).
