Took extremely good care of my dog. Nice and compassionate toward myself and my pet.

Incompetent vet has killed many animals by neglect. That's why her license was taken away in Michigan

Very friendly staff. It was a year before I could get my dog into surgery for a spay, but it was worth it. There was very little blood from the incision; very clean cut. There was nothing for my pup to lick.

We have always had excellent, kindly, professional services here for our many cats, kittens & dogs. This clinic by far surpasses others we've been to in the area. The prices are the best in these two counties and make it much easier to get all our pets well attended. Dr Wildflower and her staff deserve high accolades and great thanks.

Waited a week for an appointment for a dog that needed surgery. Had a growth in his mouth that was severely affecting his ability to eat. Would not just schedule surgery, had to "see" him first, then they would schedule an appointment for surgery. Okay, not great but I get it. I'm new, they do not know me, they do not know my experience, or that I have run a dog rescue for over 20 years and have dealt with hundreds of dogs and all sorts of health issues with the dogs. But then I show up for our first appointment, and surprise, surprise, they require masks. No mention of that when we called and talked to them (several times) and made the appointment. First I see is this strident hand made sign in their window. Long story long, they refuse to let me in without a mask. They do offer to leave me in my car and take the dog. This is the first visit. I do not know them either. And frankly any vet or human doctor who believes in masks (if they work and you are wearing one, why do I need to wear one too?) might as well believe in voodoo too. There is no science behind their use to prevent transmission of viruses, and lots of data showing how useless they are. In part because of this, I was not comfortable letting them take my dog and the vet seeing him without me present. So I just left. 1 hour of my time wasted, and a week later and my dog is right back where we started.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I have taken both my cats and dogs to Dr. Cook. He has been very helpful and his treatment has been effective. I will continue using him as my vet.

They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
