On behalf of my family and myself I would just like to thank all involved in caring for our family dog Chestnut. Dell Merryman my mothers fiancee had a massive heart attack behind the wheel while driving his semi-truck. He had a habit of always riding with the family dog Chestnut on trips. When we received word that he had passed and the semi-truck had been totaled our first question was where is Chestnut? My family lives in North Carolina...Dell was on his way to make a delivery when he passed away in Acadia Parish.It is devastating enough to think we had lost a beloved person but also Chestnut was just too much this holiday season. To our relief Chestnut was found and taken to this vet who cared for her. My family can not hold back the tears while we say THANK YOU. Your help will not be forgotten!
