Yes, they called right on time

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Dr Spike has a great connection with animals and is great at making them comfortable. He ihas the best prices around and is in my opinion the best vet ever!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen.
