I was at venetian pet hospital on Monday and found out the people that use to work there are now gone, these people were the only reason I still came to this vet office with dr having Parkinson's , I can go anywhere to get veterinary care from a vet that doesn't have these medical issues , it was the front people that brought us back in. now the people running the front are rude, the place is not the same. dr made a poor choice in letting those wonderful people go. the caring and compassion is no longer at this veterinary office. another client asked for her medical records well I was there and the lady was extremely rude to her. I too will be going else were my pets are my babies, we knew the wonderful Wanda, Eric and Amy. they were the hart of this office, I can not take my babies to a Dr who has no hart

This veterinarian's office is not fancy, posh or modern. That means you aren't helping him pay for a new million dollar facility. He is a fantastic old-fashioned doctor with excellent diagnostic skills. I am a Canine Behaviorist and take all of my dogs to him. I refer all of my clients to him. Many veterinarians in the area will listen to the complaint, and then run $1000 of tests and tell you they will know exactly what is wrong in 30 minutes. Dr. Ayres doesn't waste your money and nickle and dime you to death but has always gotten to the bottom of all health issues presented to him, in my experience. I have brought some very odd and rare cases to him and am always impressed. The front office help is not cold, formal or terribly professional. They are, however, genuine and caring at all times. They cry with you when times are bad, and celebrate when times are good.

My wife and I have been taking our pets to Dr. Aries since 1994. Dr. Aries and his staff are true professionals that genuinely care about our pets. He has been taken care of our beagles, one rat, one macaw, and three cats. All our pets have lived, and are living, long healthy lives under his care. He calls to check up on pets that were sick, and he shows true compassion for those that have passed on from old age. His front office staff is amazing! (Especially Wanda) They make us feel like part of a family each time we visit, and they are great with animals. Last month, our 16 year old beagle had to undergo surgery for tumor removal, and she is has recovered 100%. Recently, my wife and I found an abandoned dachshund that was suffering from a serious hernia that had let the dog's intestines, bladder, and uterus fall out of the dogs abdominal area. Dr. Aries performed the surgery, at an extreme discount, to save this dog's life. She has been adopted by my sister, and she is doing great. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Aries and his staff. I would/have recommended them to everyone!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are professional, and very kind with my pets. They are polite and courteous and Dr. Ayers is a very kind man.
