not only is the 'appearance' professional, Dr. Rankin is an exceptional professional...whose knowledge of veterinary medicine is only equalled by her care and concern for her patients (and families!). And her staff all follow her lead with the same care and concern.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else
