My pup had a severe wound on his leg, with tendons and veins showing, that was being treated by my vet, but it was Sunday and he got the bandage off. I covered it, clumsily, and rushed him to this ER. I did not have my phone on me, they refused to even ask what his problem was. I was an hour from home and the dog could have bled to death for all they cared. If your phone is dropped and broken, or runs out of charge, your dog will die. They do not care. The woman behind the desk was really put out that she had to get up and come to the door to tell me that they wouldn't do anything without a phone. If you care about your pet, don't take it there.

I felt very rushed. They only cared about how they were getting paid. Not much was accomplished during my pet's appointment, and it left me dissatisfied.
