I went in with my very old and very sick lab. Dr. Straeter-Knowlen and her staff were so kind and understanding. She informed me of all the options available and offered what she could do to help him temporarily. She did not force any decision on me. My dog has made a miraculous recovery and I'm thankful that my Veterinarian recommended Dr. Straeter-Knowlen to me. They truly care about the animals.
