Vet tech did all the questions, the vet appeared, seemed distant. I didn't feel a connection and the vet wasn't interested in my dog. I was charged an extra $3:75 for disposal of medical supplies. Surely that is a business expense and is tax deductible. I brush my dogs teeth every night and yet they wanted to set an app. for cleaning. I need a vet that loves animals and his/her job. I want the vet to check my dog not a vet tech.... I was not impressed.

Had to return for a booster vaccination for my cat and they added on a $40 "office visit" charge that was never discussed at annual exam when they quoted the booster price. They seemed irritated that I questioned the extra charge. Vet tech and vet both recommended returning for dental cleaning in 6 months, which was not a recommendation at the exam a month before. When checking out, the desk worker said I needed to return in 6 months for a deworming, which was never mentioned by any of the vets. These "recommendations" and "hidden charges" make me distrust the employees.
