Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Yes, I was completely at ease

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because treats are always made available for them. They make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
