Great staff and vet. Extremely knowledgeable. Been taking my rescuse hound here for over a year, for shots, spaying and sports injury. The place to go for great care.

I called to get information and the woman that answered the phone was rude and cut me off. I was wanting to get information and ask questions about taking my animals there. If they disregard me, how will my pets be treated. I will not be taking my animals there. Perhaps training their staff on how to treat potential customers is warranted. I will look elsewhere.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
