Dr. Caldwell came to our farm to examine a calf with a broken leg. He had a full schedule yesterday but still was able to take care of our needs. This clinic always does a great job handling our cattle related questions and issues. We are very thankful to call them friends.

Worked us in on a busy Saturday morning for a second opinion of our very sick fur baby. The entire staff were compassionate, friendly and understanding of our situation. The vet was so thorough with taking a history and performing a physical exam. She was so sweet to our poor sick dog. She called me to keep me updated on his condition. I am so grateful to all the staff that helped. Will definitely be going back!

We have taken our animals the Marshfield Veterinary Clinic for many years. They have a friendly and wonderful staff that works for them and it is always a pleasure to work with them whether it is scheduling an appointment, calling about questions, and/or them having to be seen for checkups or other issues they have going on. My dog recently just had a cyst removed last Thursday, July 12th and they were very thorough being that he is an older dog and had some heart issues going on. The vet, Dr. John Wielinski, was very compassionate when he called and knew we were worried about the surgery being that he was older. When we first started having issues with the cyst he was very patient and was not hesitant even though he knew our dog had anxiety issues. He is very professional and goes a wonderful job. He was such a pleasure to work with and my dog, Buddy, has anxiety issues and doesn't trust a lot of vets. But he took to Dr. John. We have had really good luck with the techs as well as the assistants. I have to send a special thank you out to April Dickson for her patience when I called the clinic twice last Saturday, July 15th. I called to ask questions about Buddy's wound and then when I was giving him his medication I notice the pills were a little different, so I had to call them back again. She truly has wonderful patience while talking me through everything and making me understand what is best for my pets. She is truly an asset to the Marshfield Veterinary Clinic and help makes it run very smoothly. I know she has been with my animals for the checkups and she is all around wonderful person and has a positive attitude on all the occasions that I have visited the clinic. Keep up the good work and friendly attitudes. Sure makes a person relax and eases our minds when you know our "FurBabies" have such wonderful and caring people who you know you can trust caring for them. I truly would recommend this veterinary service for anything you would need for your pets.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. We have had two dogs spayed here. With our first we had no issues, but when we got our younger female spayed this week the stitching is sloppy and not completely holding the wound closed. I will be contacting the office today and hopefully they will resolve this. As much as I dislike this situation, it is the only problem we have had with this vet.
