Dr Nock, came to our home when our dog had lung cancer. She helped us make the right decision with us about our dog and was very compassionate. SHe provided a service that I could not get from any other vet even our on vet. I home care at the end of life. Our dog was very relaxed in his home environment. We could all be there in the house together she was not rushed and allowed us time with him.

Dr. Nock and Maria are both excellent people. Dr. Nock has excellent knowledge in her field as a Vet. Maria is likewise extremely knowledgeable. It's not just their knowledge; they are both empathetic, sympathetic and kind. They are very giving of their time. I am 100% pleased having them care for my animals.

She is the best. Came to our house to comfort and assist our dying cat, never makes us feel rushed. Asks great questions, makes every attempt to figure out what's going on; provides choices whenever possible, along with really great information to help make those choices. She came to our house on a Sunday when our pet was critically ill. Just an amazing, compassionate and competent veterinarian. She has seen four of our pets over the years and they seemed very comfortable in her care.

Making a decision to end the suffering life of our Beloved Dalmatian, Gypsy, was torturous...but not as torturous as it was for Gypsy to keep existing as she was. Our current vet would not come to our home to release Gypsy ad wanted us to go to his office. The best that he could do for us was to offer to come out to our care to end my doggie's suffering. But we wasnt Gypsy at home, in her bed, surrounded by the life she had loved and knew.
Friends helped with a search to find a vet who would come to our home. We found one on the internet for $300-$700, which we could NOT DO, no matter how much we wanted to. Another never gave us a price, but wrote back that they could help after July 7. (Our initial contact was June 16!) We were torn apart with what to do, but then asked RIVERBEND PET CREMATORY, Manchester, CT. It was their recommendation that lead us to Dr. Anne Marie Nock. Right from our first phone conversation, I KNEW that this was the person to whom I could trust the care of my Squeak. Her compassion, genuine caring was obvious from the onset. We made an appointment for the following evening, giving me a final day with our Gypsy.
Anne Marie and her vet tech came to our home and treated Gypsy, and my husband and I, with the same caring, respect and goodness that one wishes to extend to family, and yet we had never met before. Through Anne Marie, i was able to give Gypsy the final gift of freedom....

I will definitely recommend Dr. Nock. She provided all the information I needed, both on the phone and in person. She compassionately explained every step. She gave us privacy. Her fees were blessedly something that we could afford to do for Gypsy. She went out of her way to make us feel special and respected, and was very, very compassionate. Add a few other stars to this review. 5 isn't enough.
