I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

This vet loves animals of any kind. His office is old - but his prices are way way cheaper than any other vet around central Texas. He is great with animals and they get great care. Did I mention his prices??? They are great too.

It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
