I had a truly horrible experience with Earnest Harland and his wife. Both recommended to my parents that it was ok to declaw a Golden Retriever in order to save hardwood floors. My parents decided not to listen to me when I said no way to this idea! Its a Golden retriever, not a cat. Dr. Harland and his wife insisted that they had preformed the operation numerous times and were successful. The rest of her life our dog would go on to suffer daily with her feet constantly bleeding and trouble even walking at times. Iam not proud of my families decision to have the operation done but as a doctor you should be ashamed of yourself for insisting this was a ok procedure Dr. Harland. what a sick way to make a few $$. Please people dont go to this vet people!

Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Always calm and collected, Dr. Harland knows exactly what he's doing with any animal he purports to have experience with. Even if it's a particularly difficult, screechingly mad cat like my girlfriend's, he can handle it. Fair prices for stellar care; it's a shame he has to retire, but he has surely earned it.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
