Not at all! They were out of everything and I had to go somewhere else

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

How any pet hospital could leave an injured, starving animal outside frozen to the sidewalk is beyond my comprehension. Not once - but TWICE! That demonstrates to me the lack of compassion, caring, and basic human nature of the individuals at this business and I would not let them anywhere near my pet. Common human decency is to love all living things, and animal hospitals have an even higher commitment to helping animals ... obviously this one does not value an animals life, and they should have their license revoked. Please do not utilize their services for your pet, they are not worthy to be around animals.

No, there is no way to reach this vet if it is after business hours
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely Not

I hate to give this place even ONE STAR!!! The vet and everyone who works at this place are as in-compassionate as a block of wood! They have let a dog DIE after three days of suffering outside their services once, and they have left a starving , EMACIATED near death PUPPY to die in the snow.
This vet and his office workers need to have all their licences and certifications TAKEN AWAY from them and never allowed NEAR another animal again!
They would be in massive trouble if they were treating humans medically and did that!
There are plenty of people int he world that would give anything to be able to help animals in need and suffering, these people DO NOT DESERVE TO BE NEAR ANY ANIMAL.

How can you even call this place a Vet Hospital? You are a poor excuse for a Vet and I hope people wise up and stop bringing you any animal. You aren't worthy to be near any animal, they have souls and it's evident you don't. Karma is a B'otch. You are supposed to help animals, not turn your back on them, or in this case slam the door. You will need help someday and I hope the door gets slammed in your face, You are a doctor, for God's sake, Oh, do you even know who God is, probably not! I hope you rot in H_ll, you sick, evil, excuse for a man. Shame on you! Please don't anyone go to this Vet hospital, think of your precious animal.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
