This animal hospital is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselvs. I cant believe their employees can sleep at night. They recently left a starving dog, in freezing cold temperatures on their door step and slammed the door in the face of the medics who found her. The photos are horribly disturbing - and if they can treat an animal like this as a Veterinary clinic how are they treating our own animals? I am an active volutneer and dog rescuer and I would be ASHAMED to call this place my vet. Im horrified that they exist and practice veterinary medicine.

A vet takes an oath to help animals just like a doctor. For them to not treat a starving dog left outside there door is a disgrace to all vets. I am disgusted that they could even turn their heads the other way. It's all over facebook right now that this poor puppy pit bull who was just skin and bones and the entire office just turned the other way. Just a disgusting.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.

THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND TREATS THE ANIMALS LIKE THEY ARE DISPOSABLE! STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS!!!!!!

Kind of, they could have been cleaner

Absolutely not. I had no idea what my veterinarian said to me.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Any veterinary office who can simply leave a starving, emaciated dog lying on the cold concrete outside their door for hours (and not once, but on two seperate occasions) should not be allowed to stay in business. This is absolute proof that they are operating solely for revenue and not out of care and compassion for their furry clients, which is downright frightening. I'm appalled at the stories I have read about this clinic's practices when an animal in true need arrives at their door. I would think twice before giving a facility like this my business!

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
