Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Dr. Horvath specializes in the treatment and care of cats. Her decision to do this was because she felt little was known about cat ailments. Within one year of opening her cat hospital, her patients tripled. I've known Dr. Horvath and her staff for 20 years. The best vet in the area.
