They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home.
