We have had 5 Boston Terrier's and one white German Shepherd in our family. The first three Boston Terrier's all lived to see 14+ years. And our Shepherd was a dog we acquired when she was abandoned at a home we purchased and she was about 8yoa in 1999 and she passes shortly after storm Katrina 2005. Dr Mahler has always taken great care and given good guidance on the care of our dogs. In fact our German Shepherd was heart worm positive and he treated her and she fully recovered and was healthy and still was able to jump in back of the truck till her last days. We currently have two Boston's Taz and Bella. Taz was a rescue dog and under a year old and was heart worm positive. Given his age he used the give him the monthly preventative pill and it worked, for Taz was heart worm negative in 12/months and is currently 10 yoa and active and plays like a puppy. Bella was also a rescue as well but no heart worms, but has allergies to fleas and other things, about 6 months ago she got to the point she had no hair on her whole back and under her neck. Dr. Mahler get her on a monthly flea pill and a shot as needed. Within 2 months Bella had all her hair back and is doing great. Also, if anytime I had a question about diet, medicine, etc he aways took the time to completely explain and asure we understand what was going on. I truly believe his care of my dogs has added not just years to their life but quality years with our family.

Dr. Mahler is a great vet. He is always knowledgeable, kind and treats the animals very well. He is reasonably priced and does not take unnecessary action but has always helped and fixed whatever issue i came in with. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Dr. Mahler is by far and away the best Vet I have ever been to. Knowledgeable, concerned, and affordable. He's just a really good Vet and a good man.
