They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Peter loved all the treats and attention(except the thermometer part) I was so impressed after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel very confident in the care my pet and I received. Thank you Dr. Shapiro, and the whole staff!
