I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they are very reliable.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

He makes an extra effort to get to know hispatients and find out what they need. He always remembers me and makes me feel very important. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. ; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. I feel like he goes out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. He is absolutely amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
