They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.They missed diagnosed my animal and put her down for all the wrong reasons. Stay away from these pay me first if you want treatment places. Try to find real people and talk to them about this place. There NO GOOD

Please do not go here if you can go somewhere else. The vets are rude and do not offer compassion or sympathy. They do not care if you cannot afford it, they offer you care credit and thats that. It cost me 1500 to keep my puppy there overnight with fluids after chewing something that hadn't even become obstructed.. Made me pick him up at 730 am before my vet was even open. These people do not care about animals or your feelings. Please try and go somewhere for care.. I would never go here again

I have nothing but good things to say. When our dog Wolf died at home...we were able to take his body to BAERC. They provided a room for us to be with him to say our final goodbyes. As well as they were very sympathetic to our loss and our grieving. We were thorough when explaining Private Cremation to us and providing information on the facility that would perform the cremation. Today we received a Sympathy Card from the Staff at BAERC. Thank You! A nice act of kindness that helps us through our grieving process.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here, I would steer them away. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It's advertised that the off hours "emergency" service has an additional $100 fee, but they don't advertise that the services themselves are at least three times what it would cost you at your regular vet. It cost me $2100 for them to start to correct a urinary blockage/infection and then had me pick up my cat, catheder still attached, to take to the vet to finiish the treatment (and pay them too). They know you're in a position to either agree and sign the estimate or let your loved pet die. They play on your heart strings, knowing you have no other choice. Clearly they aren't in it because they love animals, obviously they love the $ they can get out of you knowing you have no other choice.
