Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for the well-being of my pets (and for me!). Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, but when you call them after hours their answering machine gives the number to the emergency clinic in Springdale which saves you the time and frustration of looking for an emergency after-hours clinic. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
