Wonderful place for an emergency. My friend's dog cut herself badly on broken glass while I was at her house. Another clinic wanted payment before treatment. They would not take my friend's card even though they spoke with her over the phone. Anyway, Midland to the rescue. No fancy waiting room with drinks and snacks, but immediate treatment by a caring qualified vet. No problem with payment since they understood the need for treatment was paramount. They took my friend's card and sent us on our way. Great treatment.

Definitely, it was nauseating

No, they criticized what I have been doing and gave me no additional information on how I could improve

Never, and I always forget
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

No, I didn't feel safe

Dr Amy Fraze and Shawna were on duty when I had to bring my Cavalier in one night. She had been vomiting and suddenly broke out in a rash about 7PM. She was very weak when I brought her in and I was very worried about her but Dr Fraze and Shawna put me at ease right away. They did a great job assessing her condition and were very thorough in eliminating any possibility of serious problems. They kept her overnight and treated her and by 6AM the next morning she was back on all four paws wagging her tail. I can't say enough about the care and professionalism of Dr Fraze and Shawna, they took fabulous care of a very special member of my family and I'll always be thankful to them. If you need after hour emergency care I highly recommend Midland Pet Emergency Clinic.
