It was awful how rough they were with my pet. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me. I left frustrated and confused. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
