Brief, aloof demeanor during consult. Like pulling teeth to get answers to questions, such as what the range of possiblities could be that we were dealing with (never answered). Seemed like the only objective was to wring more money from my wallet. Uncompassionate

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

No way!! I would never trust him/her alone with my pet!
