Dr. Baines came to our home to put our dog asleep. He was so compansionate. He even hugged me and asked God to help us through our grief. It was so peaceful and non clinical. God bless him.
He is a wonderful man.

I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
