Do not under any circumstances go to see this vet. His is only interested in taking your money and has NO interest in helping your pets. He introduced a bill in the legislative body that would in essence allow the torture of animals including any puppy mills, which there are many in Nebraska. You give him money, you are promoting torture of animals.
