The vet did not even say one word to me. Only the tech talked. The vet came in ran there hands over my dog real fast. The dogs eyes or ears were looked at. Then they just walked out. I thought they would come back in to talk to, but I was told by the tech to take my dog to the waiting room while my heartworm test was processed. It cost be $80.00 for the vet to really do nothing. I would not recommend this vet to anyone.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I was quoted a price on the phone for $110 and when I picked my cat up the price jumped to $167. I was quoted the $110 price for the total of everything. Dr. Reynolds and his staff was rude and argued the situation. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what was going on for me. The staff here is super rude and not welcoming at all. They would rather talk amongst themselves than to any clients! I will never be back!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

I brought a dog in on an emergency visit. The vet was drunk & attempted to give the dog a shot for shock that totally missed! I pointed it out & the man was quite angry & belligerent! He insisted on keeping the dog overnight, still in shock & in a strange place in a cold metal cage. By morning the dog was dead. I CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET FOR ANY REASON!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
