On Jan 31, 2017, I brought my cat Haas down to Dr. Russ because of loose stools. Haas had been seen by another vet earlier in the year but was not given the attention, diagnosis, or respect, that he well deserved. Dr. Russ examined Haas with the help of Diane his assistant and unfortunately he was loaded with incurable cancer. I was not expecting this diagnosis, but I was able to accept the truth. On that night, I said goodbye to my beloved Haas, and told him Dr. Russ & Diane would take him home.They were nothing but a class act to Haas and myself. These people had tears in their eyes as well as I did. It's not about the money to them, it's about the oath and compassion for the animals & their owners. Thank you Dr. Russ & Diane. Class Acts!

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
