Staff has always been very efficient and vets are knowledgeable and communicate well. I can't say enough good things about this practice, and we've had to use them a lot for our dog that has seizures

I do not feel my dog got the best possible care she could have gotten; they wanted so much money I could not pay and their excuse was that she had "internal" problems and they would have to do surgery to find out what was wrong costing over 2,000 a day. The tech gave her so much pain medicine to help per "rest" that when my baby did not respond the doctor could not give me an answer of what was wrong; even though when I found her she was not standing, we think it was possibility a snake bite because she was find 2 hours before all this happened. When we got her there she was starting to stand but had some diarrhea. the tech came out and told us she was starting to stand and she gave her something to help her rest because the doctor had not checked her yet. After 2 hours of waiting on them to come out and tell us something the Dr.came out and said she was a sick girl and that she was in trouble from something internal. I don't understand, how did they know that without checking any blood work or x-rays? I think she was under from the pain medicine the tech gave her...I will never know what happened to my baby, I don't think she had to be put down like the advised would be the "best thing" I will NEVER take another of my pets to this location nor will I ever recommend any one else to do so.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They helped my dog after she'd been attacked. They were nice to both me and my children and gave us thorough instructions and encouraged follow-up with her vet.

I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse.

Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay. The surgeon was qualified and knowledgeable. The other staff could have shown more compassion but how you are going to pay is the center of any convesation with any of the staff members. I saw many people who were asking to be worked with in terms of pay but true payment plans are OUT of the question here. In most cases, money is exchanged before your pet is seen or diagnosed. If you can in any way visit your primary vet please do so.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
