They were upfront and professional about everything, no hidden fees. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained in detail all diagnosis and next steps, we were very happy!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

No, my pet was dying of thirst the last time I was there
