Lynn Hawkins is a great DVM. She no longer works there (as far as I know), but still owns it. What was estimated to be $200 magically turned into $400 3 minutes later and without a single thing done to my dog. Then when I came back to pick up my dog, my $200 deposit for a $400 procedure incurred a new bill of $480 + the initial $200. $200 became $400, then it became $680. They would NOT work with me on payment arrangements and was suggested I burrow money from family, friends, or get a car title loan to pay the vet bill because they would NOT accept a payment plan. If Lynn wasn't such a nice person, I would never do business with them again. I will give them one more shot and hopefully this absurdity of a story will reach the right people. The DVM that took care of my dog was 6 months out of school and no doubt wanted to pay off his student loans with the most expensive procedures they could do.
