Horrible! Speaking from the experience I had, the owners do not care at all about the welfare of their patents. Medications were mixed up, and they were very rude about it. They are arrogant and very unprofessional. I have recently found an excellent vet, and in asking around, heard other people have experienced the lack of care from Fox Run that we did. They have not invested in up to date diagnostic equipment, and it shows! A dog with a kidney infection diagnosed by a different veterinary practice, was simply but on pain pills by Fox Run. They completely failed to properly test and diagnose, but instead charged for an office visit to prescribe pain pills. PLEASE do not take your beloved pet here.

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
