Dr. Goranflo and his staff are amazing. I took my schnauzer in because she was diagnosed with a heart murmur. I was sent to Dr. Goranflo by another vet because he is considered a specialist. Not only did he advise that the heart murmur is slight and showed me how to watch my dog's breathing habits, he also found that she had bladder stones again. He was very informative and I felt that he explained everything better than any vet or human doctor that I have ever been too. The staff had to stay late on a Saturday and I felt really bad about that, but they were nothing but friendly. I definitely recommend this veterinary office. It was also the cleanest veterinary office that I have ever been to.

Doctor Goranflo is by far one of the finest medical person, I have every dealt with - people or animal. His knowledge and concern are unmatched. I am have many dogs over the years and he has never provided them with anything but the highest quality of care. I really believe he is one if not the best vet in Louisville.

Dr. Goranflo is unmatched in his care for his patients. His knowledge level is incomparable to any other vet I've known. After seeing 3 other vets, he was the only one who came close to being able to diagnose my Bassett Hound. And he just dedicated his day off to save my Bulldog from a dangerous surgery. My only complaint is that he is not a medical doctor, because I would love to have a doctor like him.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was easy enough to find.
