Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I really wish they would send out reminder cards so I wouldn't forget when my pets annual exam was. I've asked them to do it in the past but they always seem to forget and it is kind of frustrating. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Beware of the office manager! I had to have my dog put to sleep, they said they would send me the bill. Never asked for updated info, I was too upset to notice the signs posted at the desk. After 4 weeks she turned me over to collections! Norm is3 months, I know this because I have my own business! She stated she couldn't' find me but I could find her very easily on through internet. I had been going there for many years and she lost my business , just like that. I will miss Dr. Pursley. I recommend Roper Mtn. Vet.
