The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Dr. Olson spends as much time with you as you need and doesn't rush off to see another pet. He always tries to educate me on what's best for my pets but I've never had a cat yet who willingly eats the prescription for for urinary health and I've tried both wet and dry with more than one cat.
