HORRIBLE!!! SHE BOTCHED MY DOGS SPAY. USED NON ABSORBANT SUTURES AND NOW MY DOG HAS TO GET A WHOLE NEW SURGERY TO REMOVE THE STITCHES SHE PUT IN INCORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE.
MY HUSBAND AND I ARE CURRENTLY INVOLVED IN A LEGAL PROCESS TO SUE DR ELLY KELLY

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and informative. The doctor asked lots of questions to get a feel of my pets needs and my concerns. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

The place was very dull . Not up to standards. The vet assistant didnt even come in the room to help , I actually did all the helping. I do not think the Vet cares about animals at all. She showed no compation at all for my pet , Never petted her , no comfort at all. She was very cold . I dont see how she is a Vet. I will never go back there again. The vet never even cracked a smile , not once. Bad experience . It makes ya wonder what kind of a place would give someone like her a license . Live an learn.

I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. I felt bad for my pets because they were so anxious to leave, I've never experienced a reaction like that before. The veterinarian didn't even do anything to try to calm them down. When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse. My puppy had an infection on her face and the receptionist as well as the vet looked at her like she was the most unattractive animal they had ever seen and were very rude about her illness and I thought as a vet that they should not treat animals that have a visible illness any different, they are a vet for a reason. I will NEVER go back again.
